The effervescent Francie Webb, longtime birth doula, infant feeding advocate and educator and all around birth powerhouse wrote a book sometime ago and I was fortunate enough to photograph her clients. The topic is hand expression, which is a way in which folks can get milk out of their bodies and into their babies minus pumps and all of the mounds of accoutrements that come with pumping. While none of the photos I took are available in the previews, here's one of Francie and her book that I did take for Motherly.
